Advocacy and support for street-connected youth.
A community of young people committed to making Ghana better โ one initiative at a time.
Central Project Ghana was born from a casual conversation among peers about the challenges facing Ghana's development. Recognising that many national challenges stem from the neglect of seemingly minor but critical issues, our founder Abena Gyamfua Aboagye took action at just 16 years old, still in senior high school.
She founded Project Ghana with a few friends, creating a community that amplifies the voices of underrepresented groups โ particularly street children, whose untapped skills could significantly contribute to national development.
Through education, advocacy, and community outreach, we serve as a platform for youth empowerment and a catalyst for sustainable change across Ghana.

A future where every child in Ghana thrives in a safe environment, empowered with education, health, and opportunities.
To positively impact 500+ youth each year, fostering sustainable change and equipping the next generation for nation-building.
Community, compassion, empowerment, sustainability, and amplifying unheard voices across Ghana and Africa.
My long-term vision is to build a generation of empowered youth who are not just survivors of their circumstances but architects of solutions. I dream of a Ghana โ and eventually an Africa โ where street-connected youth are seen not as problems to fix, but as untapped potential to ignite.
Three core pillars guide all of our work โ education, health, and community empowerment.
Through "Study with Project Ghana," we provide free, curriculum-based online classes to JHS and SHS students during vacations. Our Pre-SHS programme has reached over 812 BECE graduates, bridging the gap before senior high school. We connect students with professional tutors via WhatsApp and Zoom โ completely free of charge.
Our Green Seed Project, in partnership with "Earth and Us," delivers hands-on climate change education to schools across Ghana. We have visited Aburi Girls, Gbawe International, Tot to Teen, Westfield Bridge College, Acorns to Oaks, and Try Jesus Academy โ reaching hundreds of students with lessons on sustainability and the UN SDGs.
We actively engage street-connected youth through outreach events in Madina and Jamestown, providing meals, donations, and human connection. Our health screening programme offers free eye tests, blood group tests, sugar level checks, and malaria tests to underserved community members โ in partnership with St. John's Health Fertility Center.
Since 2021, every event, every volunteer, and every beneficiary represents a life touched and a future shaped.
